I write this, sitting on a couch, gazing out the window at the leaves turning. Stages in life. Die to be reborn. Open to Peace, walk away from Despair. Freedom in renunciation, Pain in grasping.

Over the past year, I've been born, died, and reborn manifold times. I have been engaged to be married, though it didn't survive. She is, I am told, doing well, and I am glad for her. In any case, I have re-connected with my Mystical roots, with my spirituality, and am delving ever deeper into that. I have come to realize that Love is the only way, that every person is my friend, my lover, my child, my sibling, and my parent. And life is peaceful now.
